Salem Arts Exchange engages the Church and her artistic talents to glorify our MAKER and to reach our refugee and immigrant neighbors by offering weekly sewing and crafting classes. These classes teach basic sewing skills and handwork techniques to women and provide rich opportunities for relationship-building between students and volunteers. Support this ministry as a child care provider (for toddlers while mothers attend class), or a trainer (sewing skills helpful but not essential). Drivers are also sometimes needed to drive students to or from class.
