Throughout the Bible we find powerful prayers and songs of praise, and not just in the Psalms. Both men and women pour their hearts out to God—their sin, brokenness, fear, and longing, and also fervent hope, trust, gratitude, praise, and joy in their sovereign Lord. This summer we will study a few of these wonderful prayers.
